EU Customers (and Rest of the World outside of the UK*):
The Brexit transition on 1st January 2021 has meant there are a few changes for our EU Customers.
Initially when your purchase the Framesets you will be purchasing them without UK VAT.
However, once the Frameset has reached your country’s customs you will be contacted via UPS to provide payment for the following:
1. VAT for your destination customs
2. Import fees of 4%
3. Some countries ask for a flat rate ~£15 handling fee
We will provide the correct forms, information and invoicing to UPS so the correct amount will be requested upon arrival to customs. Once this is paid your Frameset will then be released from customs and delivered to your chosen address.

Weald/Palace 3:
Paid up front to Bowman:
EU Customer initial price: £704.17 + £25.00 EU mainland shipping
Upon arrival to your customs (via UPS):
4% import duty and a VAT charge for your country
Palace 3C:
Paid up front to Bowman:
EU Customer initial price: £662.50 + £25.00 EU mainland shipping
Upon arrival to your customs (via UPS):
4% import duty and a VAT charge for your country
The only other cost incurred could be due to changes in exchange rates, which would be charged by your bank/card provider.
Due to the large surcharge import fee for complete builds we are unable to offer them to non-UK customers at this time.
